Breath Work

This training is incorporated with all other practices in the dojo. Breath and Budo go hand in hand. Breathing efficiently enhances your practice and you can then utilize the breath for more powerful training.

This practice is done with movement in order to improve timing, speed and power while remaining calm, relaxed and prepared.

We utilize many different breath work methods, like Box Breathing, Resonant or Coherent breath practice, as well as Buteyko and lymphatic breath work.

These practices are part of the goal in a martial setting in order to embody a calm presence. Nasal breathing is a primary focus in our training.
